Mbappe Twitter account seemingly hackedCulprit praises Manchester UnitedFavours Ronaldo over MessiWHAT HAPPENED?
The Real Madrid star's X account, formerly Twitter, was seemingly hacked on Wednesday night – with the perpetrator hailing Ronaldo as football's greatest ever player, and not Lionel Messi, ruling out a return to Paris Saint-Germain, lauding United and chastising other teams.

The tweets have since been deleted but this has proven to be a chaotic day or so for Mbappe. The 25-year-old swapped PSG for Madrid earlier this summer but he hasn't quite hit the ground running so far. Despite that, manager Carlo Ancelotti has backed the France international to come good.

This is not the first time Mbappe's social media accounts have been hacked. Back in late 2019 when he was still at PSG, his Twitter account was compromised by a group of hackers – with his display name changed to 'Kylian Mbappé Hacked by TSU x FanTarte'. They did not tweet anything but also changed his bio to "Hacked by TSU. FanTarte, Nitroz, KuzoTR."
WHAT NEXT?
Aside from social media troubles, Mbappe will return to Madrid action on Thursday night when they travel to Las Palmas in La Liga. Los Blancos sit sixth in the table after picking up four points from a possible six so far.
